Road leading to campground is narrow, but doable. Typical KOA, expensive for what you get. Entrance is nice and clean as well as office. We travel in a big rig with trailer, this place is not all that big rig friendly. The biggest problem is the narrow roads and low trees, why anyone would want their tree branches below 14' is a mystery to me. Marked the side of our trailer pretty good, I know you normally can buff them out but that doesn't make it right. The pullthroughs are gravel and dirt and the sewer hookup took 40' to reach the sewer fitting and the water is some of the hardest I've encountered in a long time. There was NO cable hookup. WiFi worked ok.

All I can say is TIGHT...pull throughs, yes, but hard to maneuver. We pulled in with our coach and trailer but had to back out of our site because of trees. This park has enough trees to start its own paper mill. If you want a suntan, you'll have to find a spot where the sun shines through the canopy! Why they don't clean it up is a mystery to me. At least cut them away from the turns at the sites and trim up to 14'. Not much to this park, Wi-Fi worked spotty when we were there. Typical KOA, a little over priced for what you get. Stayed one night, that was enough.

Nice park, all gravel drives and sites. Close to town. Friendly staff. Have a 45' with trailer and had to drop trailer in another area which was no problem. Nothing fancy but the price reflects that. WiFi is 2.50 a day and kinda slow at times, not sure why that is. Limited cable stations. Great scenery of the Davis Mountains and a great spot to do day trips out of.

Park is in need of road repair but the owner is working on upgrades as he can. The wifi you have to pay for which I felt was pricey at 21.00 week when most places are free. People were very friendly and we did enjoy our stay. Very Quiet as it is back off the main hwy a couple miles. In summer I understand the place is VERY busy with lots of families. We stayed in a motorhome with trailer, 65', the owner was very accommodating to park the trailer where we had access to it. Sites are gravel. Fire pits at each site.

Run, don't walk away from this place. Noisey is an understatement. Not well kept...tight...not really a campground in my opinion. Stayed 1 nite and that was too long.

We are impressed with this park. All concrete drives and parking pads. Good wifi signal. We are 65' long and have no problem with getting around in the campground. Overall this is a nice place and located on a nice golf course, although we don't golf, it looks like a nice course. Good for a few nites. Not much going on in the campground itself. Lots of 1 niters. We were here for 10 days.

Ok for an overnite stay but wouldn't want to camp there any longer. Had three pull thru sites and we were 65' and worked ok. Gravel roads, a few potholes. Not much going on in the town itself. My opinion, the 25 dollar rate was a little high.

Park is well kept up. Friendly people and well located to the town. Satellite is spotty in some locations or not possible at all. Overall was a great stay for 2 weeks and the motorcycle riding is fantastic in the area. Our rig was 65' long and they handled us with no problem.

Whoever laid out the short term campers area was on drugs. Way too tight, and too hard to maneuver with all the trees. Mostly seasonal campers and mobile homes. No cable or cell phone service. This is not a big rig friendly park, because of the trees and tight spots, not to say you can't get in, but depending on the site you may have to work at it. WIFI is at the office, you may be able to get it at your site. Has a nice swimming area. Also had a boat dock and ramp close by for launching. Roads are rough from tree roots. Area for kids to play is nice. Campfires are allowed with the above ground fire containers. Very close to Minocqua/Woodruff towns for shopping and eating. People were pleasant. Overall I would stay there again.
